This includes information provided when you complete our on-line accounts form and ‘contact us’ form or information slips included in sample collection kits. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We hold details of transactions you carry out through our site, by email, letter or by telephone and of the fulfilment of your orders. We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them. This will be totally anonymous.

We will also respond to your positive request for reminders when your next screens are due. This will require a positive action from you on our Laboratory request form contained in your collection kit each time you submit one. The response from us will be via email.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We will never sell, share or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
We may however, disclose your personal information to third parties in order to reasonably carry out the purpose of our business for example;
